By submitting this form, the entrant listed as the Primary Contact hereby agrees to be responsible to the Basket Festival Committee and its representatives for liabilities arising from the negligent acts or omissions of entrant's staff, employees or representatives. Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification from judging, removal from the parade, and possible denial of parade registration in the future.
Parade Rules
NO THROWING OF CANDY or any other items from cars, floats, scooters, tractors, or any other unit in the parade.
NO OPEN FIRE or any other potentially dangerous explosives or weapons permitted, except for police and/or military-issued weapons to authorized personnel.
KEEP MOVING at all times and try to keep a maximum of 25 feet between you and the entry in front of you.
MOST IMPORTANTLY, HAVE FUN!
Each Political Entry will be charged a $50 entry fee. No Exceptions!
