By submitting this form, the entrant listed as the Primary Contact hereby agrees to be responsible to the Basket Festival Committee and it's representatives for liabilities arising from the negligent acts or omissions of entrant's staff, employees or representatives. Failure to follow the rules will result in disqualification from judging, removal from the parade, and possible denial of parade registration in the future.
To register for the 2018 Basket Festival Parade:

-OR fill out an Entry Form the Day of the Parade during Parade Line-Up

Parade Line-Up: 12:00 p.m. Parade Start: 1:30 p.m.
PARADE LINE UP: Pull into the Berlin Township Fire Hall from the Southern most driveway marked on the map below. It is a new, gravel driveway just South of the paved driveway to the Fire Hall off of Route 61.
NUMBERS & REGISTRATION: A Parade Committee Member will ASSIGN YOUR ENTRY A NUMBER and place you in your Parade Line Up Position. If you have not Registered for the Parade before Friday, August 1st, a Parade Committee Member will have you fill out a registration form for the MC to read as you pass the Judge's Booth.
BATHROOMS: Available inside the Berlin Township Fire Hall, but please remain quiet as a private luncheon will be going on from 10:00 A.M. to approximately 12:30 P.M. (times may change)
EXTRA VEHICLES: Please park on the grassy knoll between the gravel driveway and the Fire Hall.
PARADE START & SPACING: When the Parade starts, a Parade Committee Member will release you to start on the Parade Route. Please keep approximately 25 feet between your entry and the entry in front of you at all times.
CANDY/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Throwing of candy and promotional items are PROHIBITED during the Basket Festival Parade. Please hand any items your organization or entry is passing out directly to parade spectators.
EMERGENCY: If there is a serious and/or life threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately. All remaining emergencies, please contact a Parade Committee Member.
WEATHER: If it is raining or severe weather is in the forecast, a Parade Committee Member will be in contact with you regarding the potential postponement and/or cancellation of the Parade; so cross your fingers that we have beautiful weather!
PARKING: At the end of the Parade, a Parade Committee Member will direct you where to park.
