Berlin Heights Basket Festival Queen's Luncheon

Dear Festival friends:
The Berlin Heights Basket Festival would like to cordially invite your Queen, court and chaperones to a luncheon in honor of our queen, Megan Wroblewski and her attendant, Ciara Jensen.
The luncheon will be held on Saturday, August 2nd at the Berlin Township Fire Station on Route 61, south of town. Festivities will begin at 8:45am for those interested in taking a tour of the 2nd oldest basket making company in America, the Berlin Fruit Box Company. Transportation will be provided to and from the basket company for all royalty and chaperones interested.
If you are unable to attend the tour, we still encourage you to be a part of our luncheon. Registration will begin at 10:30 am.
All reservations must be in by July 25 and are non-refundable. Make all checks payable to the Berlin Heights Basket Festival. No reservations will be accepted without payment.
Following the luncheon there will be a group photo. Parade line-up is also at the fire station. Upon arrival, you will be directed to your line-up location.
After the parade, we invite all visiting royalty to join us for introductions on stage at 2:30. A designated parking area will be available for your cars/float behind the school and the Basket Queen and court will gather you as a group to proceed to the stage.
We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2008 Berlin Heights Basket Festival.
