Entries may include a Float, Marching Unit, Individual Theme such as a historical character, clown, choreography, talent, historical object or a Church or Scout unit, the ideas are endless!

2010 Berlin Heights Basket Festival
Parade Release Form
We, the participants of the parade, hereby covenant and agree with the Berlin Heights Basket Festival
Committee, its successors, and assigns, to be responsible for and to indemnify and save harmless the said Basket Festival committee both as a committee and individual members, the Village of Berlin Heights, and all municipalities in which the Basket Festival exists, against any and all expenses, causes of action, and claims of any kind including all liability claims by reason of any and all accidents, injuries, damages or sickness that may occur during operation of this agreement and all fines, penalties, and loss incurred for any reason for the violation of any city, state, county or federal law, ordinance, regulation or rule.
NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO: SILLY STRING, INVISIBLE INK, SNAP CAPS, WATER PISTOLS, THROWING OF CANDY OR ANY OBJECT FROM PARADE PARTICIPANTS. IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES, THEMES, ACTS OR PERFORMANCES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED. NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE PARTICIPANT TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
