Between the lessee and the Berlin Heights Basket Festival for a space to be assigned by the Basket Festival representative for the price listed on the enclosed sheet.

It is understood that the lessee shall not remove a booth prior to closing on the final day of this lease.  Non-compliance will force us to exclude the offending vendor from future events.  The above statement also applies to ANYONE moving a vehicle into the Open Market area before 6:00 PM Sunday.  No rude and vulgar language is to be used when speaking to ANY member of the Festival committee.

We, the lessee, hereby covenant and agree with the Berlin Heights Basket Festival Committee, its successors, and assigns, to be responsible for and to indemnify and save harmless the said Basket Festival committee both as a committee and individual members, the Village of Berlin Heights, and all municipalities in which the Basket Festival exits, against any and all expenses, causes of action, and claims of any kind including all liability claims by reason of any and all accidents, injuries, damages or sickness that may occur during operation of this agreement and all fines, penalties, and loss incurred for any reason for the violation of any city, state, county or federal law, ordinance, regulation or  rule.

NOTE: NO ITEMS THAT ARE IMMORAL, ILLEGAL OR DANGEROUS WILL BE ALLOWED, INCLUDING BUT NOT RESTRICTED TO:  SILLY STRING, INVISIBLE INK, SNAP CAPS, KNIVES TO MINORS AND NO ARTICLES THAT MAY DEGRADE THE GOVERNMENT IN ANY MANNER.  IF THE COMMITTEE FEELS ANY ARTICLES ARE QUESTIONABLE, REMOVAL WILL BE REQUESTED.  NON-COMPLIANCE WILL CAUSE THE VENDOR TO BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

Arts and Crafts will be in the Berlin Heights school gym.  Each space is 10X10 with table and 2 chairs.  COST OF SPACE IS $40.00 with 1 table & 2 chairs.  Space only is $35.
